Session Reports
All tutors must submit a Session Report to DTP within 24 hours after each tutoring session. These reports are vital to our program and our scholars' success. Session Reports document tutoring hours, support student growth, track tutors' progress toward the 60-hour commitment and professional development opportunities, and ensure accountability for students, tutors, and the program.
Please complete one report for each tutoring session. You must complete a Session Report even if a scheduled session did not take place. Click submit to send the form directly to DTP.
NOTE: The Maryland State Department of Education requires DTP to track attendance for both students and tutors and to monitor outcomes.
