Monthly Reports

All tutors are required to file a Monthly Student Report with DTP. Your monthly reports are vital to our program. They provide a record of the hours students have been tutored, ensure we rescreen students to monitor progress in a timely manner, track tutors’ progress against their 60 hour commitment, document outcomes, and ensure accountability for students, tutors, and our program.

NOTE: The Maryland State Department of Education requires DTP to track the attendance of both students and tutors and monitor outcomes.
